Vaccine Not Approved for Pregnancy Is Pushed on Pregnant Women

December 9, 2012 by admin in Whooping Cough with 8 Comments

The vaccination madness continues. The UK is now pushing pregnant women to get yet another whooping cough vaccine to prevent whooping cough. But that use is not approved by the manufacturer!

The UK is currently on a massive campaign to pressure pregnant women into getting a pertussis vaccination. They say it will prevent whooping cough after their babies are born.

What they don’t tell pregnant women is that the vaccine’s manufacturer clearly states in the insert that it’s not for use on pregnant women.

Here’s what the UK’s Department of Health has to say about pregnancy and the Repevax vaccine[1]:

Women who become pregnant again while the programme is in place should be offered immunisation during each pregnancy to maximise the level of antibodies that they pass on to their infants. Pregnant women who have received immunisation against pertussis, tetanus, diphtheria and/or polio relatively recently should be offered immunisation. Cumulative doses may increase the likelihood of injection site reactions or fever, but this is far outweighed by the expected benefits.

Not only do they say it’s okay to have it during pregnancy, but to go ahead and have it again even if she’s had it recently!

Here’s what Repevax’s manufacturer, Sanofi Pasteur MSD, states in its package insert[2]:

Tell your doctor or nurse if you or your child is pregnant or breast-feeding, think you or your child might be pregnant or planning to have a baby. Your doctor or nurse can advise you whether or not vaccination should be delayed. The use of REPEVAX is not recommended during pregnancy. [Emphasis mine.]

The Department of Health goes on to state that Repevax has been given to pregnant women in other countries and that it has not resulted in harm. What they don’t state is which countries and whether there were any studies showing a lack of harm. However, one would think that, if there were studies showing it to be safe during pregnancy—even bad ones—the manufacturer would not have issued this warning.

Repevax Ingredients

Let’s take a look at what’s in Sanofi Pasteur’s Repevax:

It contains several antigens for four different diseases[2]:

  • Diphtheria toxoid
  • Tetanus toxoid
  • Pertussis antigens:
    • Pertussis toxoid
    • Filamentous hemagglutenin
    • Pestactin
    • Fimbriae types 2 and 3
  • Inactivated poliomyelitis virus
    • Type 1
    • Type 2
    • Type 3

Repevax contains a total of nine different antigens, all injected in a single vaccination!

Repevax contains aluminum, which is rapidly being shown in scientific studies to be extremely dangerous in vaccines and a likely cause of autism, other developmental disorders, and autoimmune disorders[3].

It contains phenoxyethanol, which is noted as being toxic to organs. Japan restricts its use in cosmetics. The European Union restricts its use to low exposures in the workplace[4].

It also contains polysorbate 80, which is has been shown to cause ovarian deformities, degenerative follicles, hormonal changes, and womb and vaginal changes in rats[5].

Justification?

The UK government is pushing pregnant women to get vaccinated with not just one, but nine antigens at one time in an injection that also includes aluminum, known to induce autoimmune disorders, phenoxyethanol, known to be toxic to organs, and polysorbate 80, which is known to cause severe harm to women’s reproductive function.

They justify it by saying that it hasn’t been shown to cause harm in pregnant women, in spite of a lack of actual studies demonstrating that claim.

Just how much harm are we willing to accept from vaccines? Yes, it’s true that babies can die from whooping cough. However, it’s also true that the vaccine itself has resulted in a more virulent kind of whooping cough, one that’s ten times more deadly that the original, as has been documented by Gaia Health. So, it’s not only possible, it’s likely that infants who do contract whooping cough are ten times more likely to die of it now than they were before the vaccine.

Is it rational to follow such an edict from your government in the face of a lack of evidence of safety and strong evidence of immense harm?

Excellent article describing the shockingly irresponsible actions of
    the UK’s Department of Health.

The situation is even worse than this. The department advises that Repevax be
given together with a flu vaccine. It is possible that the choice of flu vaccine may vary.

Examples of information from manufacturers includes:
Fluarix: Should be given to a pregnant woman only if necessary.
Fluvirin: It is not know whether Fluvirin can cause fetal harm.

    This is noted:
Repevax contains aluminium, a known neurotoxic. Fluvirin multidose vials
contain mercury, also a neurotoxic. If the unfortunate situation occurs of a
pregnant woman being injected with Repevax and Fluvirin, even though they are
separately administered, there may be a synergistic reaction where aluminium
may increase toxicity of mercury up to a hundredfold.

    This should also be noted:
Polysorbate/Tween is present in Repevax, ALSO in several flu vaccines. It is also
present in some foodstuffs but may be deleterious to health when injected.
Apart from increasing risk of life threatening anaphylactic shock it causes
infertilty in lab animals. It may also contribute towards the risk of brain
    inflammation with consequent brain damage.

In drug targeting polysorbate is used to assist in the delivery of certain
drugs (especially psychiatric, nano-drugs or chemotherapeutic agents) across
the blood-brain barrier and into the brain tissue. Polysorbates act by
    rendering the barrier more permeable.
Consequently, there may be a risk of the passage being facilitated for
substances such as aluminium (in Repevax ) or mercury (in Fluvirin) to cross
the blood-brain barrier and to gain contact with the brain tissue where they
    may accumulate.

Foetuses and young babies are especially vulnerable as their blood-brain
    barriers are not fully developed.

One may wonder if UK’s Department of Health really understands the
consequences of their crazy recommendations. If they do understand, it is
criminal. If they do not understand it is also criminal.

Those responsible should be put behind bars.

You are so right about the advice to have the flu vaccine at the same time – a potentially disastrous combination. Thank you for pointing it out.

so terrible….does not make me proud to be british…i just encourage as many people to possible to pass the word and discourage mums not to have vaccinations, asking them to research. this could actually save a life. NHS…EMPLOYED BY THE TAXPAYER….YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO NO HARM……..SHAME ON YOU……BE WARE….STOP MURDERING

“…Safety of Tdap in Pregnant Women
In prelicensure evaluations, the safety of administering a booster dose of Tdap to pregnant women was not studied. Because information on use of Tdap in pregnant women was lacking, both manufacturers of Tdap established pregnancy registries to collect information and pregnancy outcomes from pregnant women vaccinated with Tdap. Data on the safety of administering Tdap to pregnant women are now available. ACIP reviewed published and unpublished data from VAERS, Sanofi Pasteur (Adacel) and GlaxoSmithKline (Boostrix) pregnancy registries, and small studies (7,8). ACIP concluded that available data from these studies did not suggest any elevated frequency or unusual patterns of adverse events in pregnant women who received Tdap and that the few serious adverse events reported were unlikely to have been caused by the vaccine. Both tetanus and diphtheria toxoids (Td) and tetanus toxoid vaccines have been used extensively in pregnant women worldwide to prevent neonatal tetanus. Tetanus- and diphtheria-toxoid containing vaccines administered during pregnancy have not been shown to be teratogenic (9,10). From a safety perspective, ACIP concluded that administration of Tdap after 20 weeks’ gestation is preferred to minimize the risk for any low-frequency adverse event and the possibility that any spurious association might appear causative….”

4,250% Increase in Fetal Deaths Reported to VAERS After Flu Shot Given to Pregnant Women

Both seasonal influenza (containing the H1N1 vaccine) and Dtap are now recommended by the CDC for all pregnant women in the US.

The tetanus vaccination program for childbearing women has been used internationally for covert sterilization; this looks awfully like a domestic population control campaign.
