1 in 100 Students Felled by Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: More Vaccine Victims?
A new study in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) has found that 1 in 100 secondary school students suffers from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), CFS is a neurological disorder noted for extreme fatigue, muscle pain, severe headaches, memory problems, and immune system dysfunction. It’s a devastating disorder—and, like autism, did not exist until the advent of vaccinations. Its trajectory also correlates with the increased use of vaccinations.
Study Findings
The study, “Unidentified Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME) is a major cause of school absence: surveilland outcomes from school-based clinics“, found that 1.0% of children are missing at least 20% of their school days, losing a minimum of a day a week, because of the disease.
The researchers investigated the absentee records of a six-week period in three secondary schools in England, encompassing 2,855 students. Those who had missed at least 20% of their school days were further investigated to find out how many were suffering from CFS. Five were already diagnosed, but the investigation found that another 23 were also living with the condition, bringing the total to 28 – 1% of the total number of children in the schools.
Clearly, CFS is massively underdiagnosed. One of the researchers, Dr. Ester M. Crawley, told the BBC that the problem is considerably worse than her study noted:
Missing one day a week is severe. The total level is going to be higher.
Mary-Jane Willows, Chief Executive of the Association of Young People with ME, echoes Dr. Crawley:
1% is a phenomenal number. It proves the problem we’re up against. … I would say that it is on the lean side. It is at least 1%. There is a hidden population out there.
None of this, of course, includes the other harms caused by the condition. Try to imagine being a teenager who has lost the ability to remember, and therefore has lost the future he or she would otherwise have been promised. Imagine suffering horrendous headaches and muscle pains. And imagine having so little energy that a huge portion of your life must be spent in bed sleeping. This is what these young people face.
CFS and Aluminum
CFS has been linked to aluminum overload in a study of one person severely debilitated by it. Dr. Chris Exley, of the Birchall Centre at Keele University in Staffordshire in England, is a leading expert in aluminum—as he would say in the British manner, aluminium. He has documented a clear case of aluminum overload associated with CFS and macrophagic myofasciitis. (Macrophagic myofasciitis is known to be caused by aluminum in vaccines. Gaia Health documented this in “New Neurological Disorder Known to be Caused by Common Vaccine Adjuvant“.)
You can see a video of Dr. Exley giving a lecture on the effects of aluminum in “Leach Aluminum from Your Body: Drink Silicon-Rich Water“. Exley has little doubt about the harm that aluminum is doing in vaccinations. In this video, he states that the UK government has acknowledged that the man he studied was harmed by vaccines.
He points out that aluminum has no known role in the human body, in spite of being highly reactive. He further discusses how it may affect metabolism. He points out that animals (and people) can be made allergic to virtually anything by being fed aluminum-based antacids with their food.
As Exley points out, aluminum is an antigen. The combination of aluminum as an antigen and also being stored in the brain leads to the inescapable conclusion that the injection of aluminum via vaccines is a likely cause of neurological disorders because of the body’s immune system attacking it. It’s reasonable to assume that this autoimmune dysfunction is a likely cause of autism and CFS.
The fact is that CFS has paralleled the increase of autism. Strong connections have been made between aluminum in vaccines and autism, as documented in “Aluminum Adjuvant in Vaccines: A Smoking Gun Autism Link?“, including a likely cause-and-effect connection. Certainly, an equivalent study needs to be done to verify whether CFS is linked to vaccines.
Implications
Dr. Exley is currently doing the largest study to date on aluminum load in human brains. This is a good start. However, it’s surely long past time to apply the precautionary principle to vaccinations. We have mounting evidence of an association between vaccinations and several devastating neurological disorders.
Of course, instead of trying to find the truth, most financial support, which directly or indirectly comes from Big Pharma, goes towards obfuscation and redirection of the evidence. Therefore, conventional medicine needs to step back and take a broad view of what’s happening.
There can be no doubt that we’re experiencing massive rates of severe chronic disorders and new neurological diseases that have reached epidemic proportions. Lives are being devastated by them. No one has suggested that the human genome has undergone major changes in the last 50-60 years. Therefore, suggestions that the cause is primarily genetic are absurd, and the funding for studies to investigate such claims are an atrocious waste of resources.
We have reached a state in which poor health is the norm. Children are more likely to suffer from a chronic disorder than ever before. They live with rates of allergies, asthma, and diabetes that are astounding. These were exceedingly rare conditions 50 years ago. Now we can see that autism spectrum disorders affect at least 1 in a hundred children. The same is true of CFS.
Yet, all caution has been thrown to the wind. Without a shred of evidence, vaccines have been labeled as both safe and effective. Since the epidemic of chronic diseases is now devastating our children, isn’t it time to call a halt to the madness?
