Gardasil Destroys Girl’s Ovaries: Research on Ovaries Never Considered

October 17, 2012 by admin in Featured, Science, Vaccines with 52 Comments

One girl’s ovaries were destroyed, with Gardasil the only potential cause. Worse, though, is that Merck either didn’t bother to examine potential effects on ovaries or hid them—but did examine effects on testes.

Womanhood Stolenby Heidi Stevenson

The BMJ has published the case report of a healthy 16-year-old Australian girl whose womanhood appears to have been stolen by Gardasil vaccinations. She has been thrust into full-fledged menopause, her ovaries irrevocably shut down, before becoming a woman. The authors, Deirdre Therese Little and Harvey Rodrick Grenville Ward1, draw direct attention to the fact that, though the girl has been thoroughly examined and tested, there is no known explanation other than the series of three Gardasil vaccinations she had.

Making matters worse is that there may be many other such cases, but most are likely masked by the routine treatment of irregular or scanty menstruation with oral contraceptives. Indeed, it’s only because this girl refused them that the truth of her situation was unmasked. Just how many other girls have lost their chance at motherhood, but don’t know because their condition is masked?

The authors noted that, although the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) of Australia provides data on the histology of rat testes and epididymides in the Australian Public Assessment Report for Human Papillomavirus Quadrivalent Vaccine*, no information is provided for rat ovaries. They sent a Freedom of Information request for “documented rat ovarian histology post-quadrivalent* HPV vaccination that may have been performed by the sponsor and forwarded to the TGA”.

*Note: There is only one “quadrivalent HPV Vaccine”. It’s Gardasil.

Here is their report of this highly significant missing data:

It is not known whether this event of premature ovarian failure is linked to the quadrivalent  HPV vaccine. More detailed information concerning rat ovarian hist-ology and ongoing fecundity post-HPV vaccination was sought from the Therapeutic Goods Administration
(TGA). Although the TGA’s Australian Public Assessment Report for Human Papillomavirus Quadrivalent Vaccine, February 2011, does report on the histology of vaccinated rat testes and epididymides, no histological report has been available for vaccinated rat ovaries.

The TGA subsequently agreed to a freedom of information application in the public interest (FOI 001-1112) requesting documented rat ovarian histology post-quadrivalent HPV vaccination that may have been performed by the sponsor and forwarded to the TGA. However, a histological report of the ovaries of vaccinated rats remained unavailable beyond a numbering of the corpora lutea present at postweaning euthanasia following the first litter.

Why did the manufacturer provide information regarding male rat testes, but not for female rat ovaries? This is more than a little shocking. It’s absolutely damning! We must question the sincerity of both the manufacturer, Merck, and the TGA—not to mention questioning other regulatory agencies, such as the US’s FDA and the UK’s MHRA.

Potential Gardasil Risk to Ovaries

Is it conceivable that Merck didn’t consider the possibility of harm to the ovaries? In point of fact, it’s unreasonable to suggest that they were unaware of potential harm to ovaries. At least one Gardasil ingredient, polysorbate 80 (also called by brand names Tween 80, Alkest, and Canarcel), is a known cause of ovarian deformities, degenerative follicles, hormonal changes, and womb and vaginal changes in rats2,3. Worse, that ovarian damage is known to be caused by injection of polysorbate 80—just as it’s injected with Gardasil.

Another Gardasil ingredient, L-histidine, a naturally-occurring amino acid, carries signficant risks, too, in the same manner that squalene does. It’s a naturally-occurring substance in the human body, so injecting it could have the effect of causing an autoimmune response to that substance wherever it’s found in the body. There is more on this issue in Gardasil Destroys Girl’s Ovaries: It Should Have Been Predicted.

A large part of one girls’ life has been destroyed, and the only plausible explanation is that the cause is the Gardasil vaccination. This vaccine is sold as a cervical cancer preventative, though it has never been shown to prevent any cancer of any kind. Cancer prevention has never been more than a presumption, based on a possible connection between human papilloma virus and cervical cancer. No cause-and-effect has ever been documented.

The reports of deaths and debility from Gardasil keep pouring in. As this girl’s plight demonstrates, Gardasil cannot be assumed to be safe. There is highly significant—not to mention suspicious—missing data.

We don’t know, of course, whether Merck calculatedly avoided doing the studies on ovaries or is refusing to release data on such studies because of its damning nature. We do, though, know that the very fact that it’s missing—especially in light of equivalent data on the male reproductive tract being available—must be treated as suspicious.

Certainly, the combination of one girl’s loss of her ovaries, the probability of there being many others, and the utterly callous disregard for its potentially devastating effects, is more than enough reason to remove Gardasil from the market. Surely, it should be removed from governmental lists of mandated vaccines.

This is not surprising, considering the fact that the HPV vaccine was manufactured with the sole intention of destroying fertility. Thank you for this information!I’m going to look for that-I have also learned from a nurse practitioner that I used to go to that it is considered acceptable for 15,000 deaths a year to occur per each vaccine,-it is considered ‘safe’,-over 15,000 deaths per vaccine per year, and then it isn’t recommended.

You are taking Bill Gates out of context here. His point is that since women tend to have more babies when the childhood mortality rates are higher, vaccinations that prolong the lives of children would lead to smaller family sizes and end up slowing the population surges in poorer countries. I think it is irresponsible of you or anyone else to claim in a public forum that Bill Gates wants to kill children. Not only is it unfair to Mr. Gates, but makes it even more difficult to have an intelligent conversation about vaccinations, when both sides are throwing out outlandish claims to support their view. Trust me, there are plenty of reasons to question the current use of vaccines without resorting to making up conspiracy theories.

“Out of context”? It is a well know fact that depopulation is a goal of Gates and his band of evil despots. Defending him and the harm being caused by vaccines is just plain evil.

Thank you for this very important article. I have been concerned about this very issue for years. Menarche – the time of first menstruation is the most fragile time of a woman’s life. It is the time when a young woman’s menstrual/endocrine rhythm is developing. My co-author and I wrote about vaccinating girls without regard to where they are in their menstrual cycle in a paper published in the National Vaccine Information Center newsletter in June of 2009. The paper is titled: Vaccinating Teens During Menstrual Phase May Increase Adverse Reactions http://holyhormones.com/?p=2137.

Since then, we have learned that the ingredients in Gardasil are causing even more harm. I am aware of so many other stories of women with ovarian dysfunction, – a 13 y.o. who lost her ovaries in Denver, CO. – a 12 y.o. in Australia who was one of four women in the world who died from the rarest form of ovarian cancer; women who had the vaccine in their mid-twenties – and now ready to have children, find they are infertile, and their eggs atrophied.

This vaccine will go down in history as an uncontrolled medical experiment on innocent girls whose lives will be forever changed.

The whole process of fast-tracking a vaccine through the government health agencies and allowing medical consumers to be the short & long-term clinical studies has to stop.

Now here is an example of the true War on Women. Not every female on earth wants birth control pills and an abortion. Believe it or not, some women still believe the greatest gift God gave women was the ability to have children. This poor girl , and how many like her, will never know the joy of holding new life in their arms because of a vaccine that would not be needed if people had good moral values and controlled their sexual desires!

    • http://www.facebook.com/mary.clark.73 Mary Clark

As far as ‘holding new life in her arms’, a future adoption can give her a beautiful baby some day when she’s ready for motherhood, just as it has in the past for thousands of women unable to conceive. The tragedy is that she’ll never know the joy of feeling a child grow and move within her because a company couldn’t be bothered with proper testing in teh name of corporate greed. As fas as morals, this smacks of ‘blame the victim’and I couldn’t disagree more. Her parents probably thought they were doing her a favor for the future, however misguided that may have been. Please blame the REAL culprits: the manufacturer (Merck), the regulatory agencies, and the sexism that pervades our misogynist culture.

Everyone who read this article needs to be educated. This is one person (unfortunately) affected by what may not have been caused by Gardisil. Premature ovarian failure of unknown etiology occured long before Gardisil was developed. If this indeed was caused by the Gardisil administration, then the number of lives saved from cervical cancer is still much greater than the one life affected by premature ovarian failure.

    • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=501165741 Veronica Daigle

I partially agree with you, however it may be an indication that further study is still needed on this vaccine, as this may just be the first case of many that is linked, but unless we are open to performing such a study we will never know. Just because a condition existed before does not mean that it cannot be caused by a new vaccine or drug. At the very least a study should be done comparing rates of premature ovarian failure of the vaccinated against those who were not, and the suggested animal studies should be done (although they should have been done prior to releasing the vaccine). Without doing further study there is no way to know if the vaccine is actually safe, or if needs alterations to improve safety, or if premature ovarian failure needs to be put on the list of potential side effects so that people can choose if it is worth the risk, or if the side effects are frequent enough perhaps it does need to be taken off the market. Bottom line is most medical advances come with risks and messing with our body’s natural function is not always the best path, unless the benefits significantly outweigh the risks, and people deserve to know those risks so they can be mitigated or avoided. I won’t jump on a bandwagon and say that vaccines are evil etc. etc. but they do need to be used responsibly and not be seen as a one size fits all solution.

      • / Heidi Stevenson

The vaccine should have been studied further before being put on the market. Now that it’s on the market and we have strong indications that it’s dangerous is far too late. The vaccine should be withdrawn until it’s demonstrated to be both safe and effective, since neither was demonstrated before approval.

        • Gen

It has shown to be effective at reducing cervical lesions in just the past 5 years, so we know it has a strong potential to save lives. The link between Gardasil and this childs experience is not clear or definite by any means, and seeing as the death rate of cervical cancer is significantly higher than any rate of adverse reactions to the vaccine you have to ask yourself whether you’d rather run the tiny risk of having an infertile child, or a child who dies from a cancer that can strike down and kill even the young.

Personally, I’ve been fully vaccinated right into adulthood – and despite having all those immunisations I don’t have autism, I have working ovaries, I am in general good health and any health issues I have I can trace back to a genetic link. Articles like this (clearly from a reputable, non biased source) are petty fearmongering from people who think that only the ‘natural’ is healthy. May I remind you that scores of our most important medicenes but also most of our most deadly poisons come from ‘natural’ plants.

          • / Heidi Stevenson

My next article will demonstrate how the claim that Gardasil can save lives actually is utterly false.

It’s so easy to say that the link between Gardasil and the girl’s “experience” isn’t clear.

Aren’t you lucky! You don’t have autism. You’re in “generally” good health – nice little evasion there. A bit of asthma, perhaps? Allergies maybe? Gastrointestinal problems? Some sort of skin condition? All – and far more – are related to vaccines.

Isn’t it interesting how your situation – one person – is meaningful in this discussion, but that girl’s isn’t!

This article talks about one thing – a girl whose life has probably been devastated by one vaccine. Conflating that with deadly poisons from plants is utterly irrelevant.

          • Gen

In fact my dear, I have no asthma. No allergies. No gastro issues. No skin conditions. No chronic conditions. In fact I haven’t had a hospital visit since I was 2 and spilt coffee on my arm. No evasion, I just don’t feel the need to make up crap to support my argument; I can’t guarantee that I am in perfect health just as you cannot guarantee that Gardasil is the sole cause for this girls situation. Frankly you don’t, and it is irresponsible and egotistical of you to suggest you know better.

There’s one thing that baffles me – you’re trying to convince the world that ‘big pharma’ is evil. As are GPs and nurses who encourage vaccinations. Now perhaps all your friends are into reflexology and astrology and crystal therapy, but as it happens I have a number of friends who are in the medical profession. GPs, medical researchers, biomedical scientists… and you know the reason they all got into medicene? They love people, helping them, finding answers to some of the world’s biggest health problems. They are all intelligent, independent people who in no way would stand by if they knew something they were working on had a significant chance of harming a person and if it were ineffective.

I am disgusted that you would vilify good, hardworking and loving people to suit your own agenda. You can think that modern science is a bunch of hogwash if thats the bubble you want to live in, but to dare accuse your fellow human, not knowing anything about them is purely vile. One has to wonder what alterior motive you might have – if you think big pharma says shit just to make money, it seems reasonable to suggest that you might be saying shit just to entice the ignorant and vulnerable to your blog and earn some money yourself.

          • / Heidi Stevenson

Your suggestion that I think modern science is hogwash is pure hogwash. Most medical science, though, is now garbage, created by and for Big Pharma’s profit machine, not to find the truth of anything. It’s the twisting of science for profits that I find so abhorrent, certainly not the genuine use of science to advance knowledge.

Yes, Big Pharma is evil, and you can say otherwise as much as you want, but that doesn’t change the reality. I’m so very glad that you know medical people who love people. Isn’t that nice. But how many of them are willing to look at the incredible corruption of science that produces so many lies that end up destroying lives? How many keep pushing vaccinations that do harm? How many push drugs, like statins, that do little good and enormous harm? The truth is there for those willing to look – but it’s a rare doctor who does.

Yes, there are good people in medicine – and my hat’s off to them, because they’re fighting against a system that tries to stop them from doing the right thing. Sarah Myhill is one of them, and I have nothing but admiration for her. But all those long-suffering parents of children with autism and all those people whose lives have been devastated by an uncaring system that’s more concerned about the bottom line know the truth. And all those girls and parents of girls whose lives have been devastated by Gardasil and Cervarix know the truth.

You stoop to the worst possible sort of “argument” – the ad hominem attack. That clearly demonstrates that you have nothing of real value to say here.

          • Gen

            Oh Heidi. Heidi Heidi Heidi.
People reading your blog should note that your constant use of the word ‘truth’ and ‘Big Pharma’ is akin to other conspiracy theorist blogs, and that alone should set off some alarm bells.

Have you actually studied science, Heidi? Because I have. As has everyone who goes into medicine or biomedical careers. The first things you are taught about in a science course is the importance of being critical of study designs, of whether data actually proves conclusions, and why falsifying data is the worst thing you can do. So for you to suggest that my friends or the medical community as a whole would lie or cover up facts is to show your utter ignorance of modern science. The truth is that most people I know have looked into your supposed ‘truth’ out of curiosity, and for just about all the papers I imagine you are talking about, they have been bemused by the poor study designs, irrational conclusions or failure to prove causality.

Again speaking from my own experience, it is vile of you to even imply that vaccines are the cause of autism. In my extended family (no genetic link to me), I have a young cousin who was recently diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Interestingly, both his uncle and grandfather are on the spectrum, and his grandfather was born in the era before vaccinations. You see, there’s a clear genetic link. This is the case for most children with autism, and those who you believe get autism as a result of mercury from vaccinations would have certainly gotten it at some point – there is more mercury in a can of tuna than in vaccines.

I’ve quite enjoyed this little emotional vent – sometimes a girl just needs to get pent up anger off her chest and believe me there’s plenty of that when it comes to anti-vaxxers. As it stands, I felt no real need to have a rational debate with someone who is clearly irrational and stubbornly so. I would urge you to actually gain a qualification in science and actually try and make a difference instead of just mouthing off on a blog. Although you’ve certainly chosen the easier option.

When the average age of cervical cancer is a women in her forties, how can you say that teens have had their cancer reduced? What BS!

          • http://www.facebook.com/esau.bigman Esau Bigman

kerry – let’s look at the definition of ‘average’

If the ‘average’ age of people affected by cervical cancer is 40, this simply means that this it is most frequently diagnosed, with a range both above and below age 40. Teenagers and young women can certainly develop cervical cancer, in fact I have known a few. Research has shown that the frequency of this cancer has reduced in young women who have been vaccinated.

And for the record, I still remain perfectly healthy ‘despite’ being fully vaccinated and have not contracted any of the illnesses I have been vaccinated for. I figure you will appreciate this data given that you consider anecdotes as equal to science.

    • / Heidi Stevenson

You might want to read the article before commenting. The fact is that every possible cause other than the vaccine was examined. The only potential cause is the vaccine. There is also the fact that Gardasil has never been shown to prevent cervical cancer, so your claim that lives are being saved is based on nothing but the vaccine-maker’s hype.

There is also good reason, as explained in the article, to suspect that there are many other girls suffering from the same condition masked, but in no way helped, by treatment.

You also completely ignore the fact that Merck either chose not to examine rat ovaries – in spite of examining testes! – or did examine them and refuses to produce the results. Either instance is damning.

      • http://twitter.com/cynocephale BDNf

“The fact is that every possible cause other than the vaccine was examined. The only potential cause is the vaccine. ”

        No.

        From the report:
“Although the cause is unknown in 90%
        of cases, the remaining chief
identifiable causes of this condition were excluded.”

This means that we’ve found the causes of only 10% of all premature
ovarian failures. Those causes didn’t apply here. So we don’t know.

It’s not impossible that both are linked. That’s why the report was
published in the first place: notice the scientific community so they be
vigilant. The report isn’t about Gardasil per se but the epidemiology of premature ovarian failure.

        • / Heidi Stevenson

          The authors’ last paragraph reads:

“In addition, as the Australian sponsor of this vaccine
has stated after notification:‘the postmarket reporting of
adverse events is voluntary and from a population of
uncertain size, and consequently it is not always possible
to reliably estimate the frequency of these reactions or
establish a causal relationship to product exposure’.”

That hardly sound like a discussion of anything but Gardasil in the specific context – especially since the previous section focuses primarily on it.. The report discusses the ingredients of Gardasil. It discusses the lack of data on Gardasil’s effects on rat ovaries in comparison with the existence of data on rat testes. To suggest that they aren’t focused on the vaccine is ridiculous.

The bottom line here is that there is significant evidence of significant harm from this vaccine, and this study adds to it. At this point, any action other than removal of the vaccine from the market would be a grievous error. If further studies – unpolluted by the industry’s money – can demonstrate safety, then it could be reinstated. But to leave it on the market with evidence like this, among other evidence, is postively criminal.

          • http://twitter.com/cynocephale BDNf

“To suggest that they aren’t focused on the vaccine is ridiculous.”

Sorry for sounding so “ridiculous”. I didn’t mean that it doesn’t focus on Gardasil. Of course it does : that’s the whole point of it. If you read reports of cases about any other condition, that’s what it looks like. They have a case of premature ovarian failure. Eliminate known causes. Suggest another one. Explain why they think it may possible. Hence the whole discussion of Gardasil. But it is not a testing of Gardasil’s effects on ovarian failure. That would be the other way around. And those kind of reports are what may give rise to other studies, designed to really test this specific link.

And that’s why I think your title and first paragraphs are misleading.
You may be right about the “bottom line”; I didnt’ discuss it. But the report surely doesn’t warrant the “upper line”.

          • / Heidi Stevenson

Thank you for a considered response.

I think that, when it comes to issues of safety, my statements are infinitely more reasonable and correctly focused than all those entirely unfounded statements of Gardasil’s safety or efficacy.

The evidence that Gardasil destroys ovaries is far better than the nonexistent evidence of safety or efficacy. It has never been shown to be either. Any study that documents likely harm needs to be seen as evidence of danger.

I find it impossible to comprehend why anyone would suggest it’s unreasonable to make the Gardasil-ovarian death connection (especially in light of the follow-up article, Gardasil Destroys Girls’ Ovaries: It Should Have Been Predicted, which delineates why two of the ingredients should have been suspect before this vaccine was ever marketed.

So now that she has no ovaries, she’ll never become a woman? To me this article implies that it
is what is in between your legs that makes you a woman, I would argue
that you can still be a woman without ovaries and without the ability to
    carry a child to term.

    • / Heidi Stevenson

I’m truly sorry that’s all you’ve taken from this article. The fact is that this young girl’s life has been changed. Her health has been impacted – perhaps you don’t realize that? Her youth has been stolen, as the ovaries do far more than produce eggs.

This is not about a woman who has chosen not to have children. Even if she chooses sterilization – a choice I would never take from a woman, by the way – she still has her natural ovary hormonal function. Even after menopause, the ovaries produce hormones. This girl doesn’t. There is far more to this than “what is between your legs”.

      • AB

Maybe it is about the practices and ideologies
governments, pharmaceutical companies and societies take towards the
health of populations, and more specifically of women. Frankly the true message of your article was lost on me as soon as I saw the blatant reinforcement of gender norms with the cover photo (a petite girl cuddling a teddy bear looking sad and alone [is it an accurate depiction of the young girls experience]), and the assumption that women should have the physical capability to reproduce (“Just how many other girls have lost their chance at motherhood”).

I do not mean to belittle this girls lived experience. I am trying to point out that you state “her ovaries irrevocably shut down, before becoming a woman”. This statement implies that “becoming woman” is a biological process girls go through that makes them a women (puberty?). Do you imply that if a girl has menarche at say 9 years old she reaches womanhood before her peer that has is at say 11? and if a woman reaches menopause as early as 35 years old before she has had children, will she loose her woman hood?

I believe that being a “woman” and achieving “womanhood” is less about sexual characteristic/function and more about subjective experience. Maybe we just have a difference of opinion of what constitutes being a woman.

        • / Heidi Stevenson

It was your assumption, not mine, because it never occurred to me to think that motherhood is the only thing that girl has lost. Besides, it seems to me that losing the option is a terrible thing. It’s one thing to make the choice not to have children, but it’s quite another to have that choice taken away from you.

Yes, the biological process most assuredly is part of becoming a woman – just as a biological process is part of becoming a man. To deny that is to deny basic biology. You’re aware of what is lost to a man who’s castrated before maturity? Such a man has most assuredly lost a major part of his manhood. To do the equivalent to a girl before her full maturity is certainly going to affect her womanhood.

Yes, of course subjective experience is part of it – but one cannot have full subjective experience of womanhood without being – or having been – intact.

I’ve made it clear in my response that menopause is not the same thing – and it’s not something that should happen to a teenaged girl. Your questions/comments about age of menopause are not related.

Trying to reason with trolls – whether paid or unpaid – is rarely productive Heidi … although one can only admire your patience.

            Thanks for your work.

You are certainly right, MacDundas. My response isn’t aimed at the troll, though. There are tricks used by many of them that sound good, but aren’t legitimate, so I try to demonstrate how their comments are not valid.

However, it’s takes up too much of my time, so I’m trying to keep it to a minimum.

Kind of hard to be a ‘woman’ if you never make it to womanhood, as in losing your ovaries, getting ovarian cancer, etc. Why don’t we ask the victim if she feels like a woman, now that she has no ovaries, or how she feels at all? If you haven’t bought the Gardasil line, then certainly you’ve had your ‘flu shot’, since it’s pimped on loudspeakers all over the cities, even at Target and RiteAid, or your Shingles vaccine, or the Pneumonia shot, or the Tetanus that you’re not sure you even needed. Are you still lining up for the steroid injections, hoping yours won’t have fungus in it, or destroy your cartilage, causing some DVT event? Did you even think to research for yourself whether you should counsel your kids about allowing their babies to get Hepatitis injections, or does the Coumadin you were suckered into taking already cause blood clots, gangrene and cognitive decline, while you picked up your statins and blood pressure meds, anti-depressants, muscle relaxants, Ativan and other Psych drugs, while chewing your Aspartame gum, which obviously crosses the blood brain barrier, making formaldehyde factories in the old gray matter, and blood cancers or breast cancer? And is it even disturbing that animal testing won’t show the buildup of wood alcohol poisoning because they’re not affected like humans, from that Aspartame, because the ‘tests’ were done by cheating corporations, with intent to harm, while making profits. Ay vey. Arguments.

Do our children have the right to grow up healthy, with a non-engineered birthright derailing, without tumor-causing GMO foods and Autism-producing, disease-ridden vaccines, or are we content to be morons, second-rate to European Nations who better protect their young?

      • / Heidi Stevenson

Pamela, I like your comment. In fact, it’s great! But the situation in Europe isn’t as most in the US believe. Sadly, it’s almost as bad, and catching up rapidly. I know, as that’s where I am.

Aspartame is just as rampant here. So are the typical drugs prescribed by doctors. Same with the push to get people into the cancer industry. And for adults to get all those vaccines. Children are pushed just as hard to get vaccinated – including in their schools. Rather than outright name most chemicals on foods and toiletries, they’re given E-numbers – which helps hide what they are. And the EU has started giving approval to GM crops.

        • Pamela Cohen

Heidi, sadly, EU following US footsteps doesn’t surprise me. They’ve been coerced, bribed, blackmailed, threatened, etc. Mold grows in dark places. Time for enlightenment.

Looks like ‘Mother’s Day’ -or — monthly days– a designated time period for all good moms and dads (or humans insisting on alignment for the good of mankind) all over the world needs to be about demanding immediate change, educating and boycotting the grocery stores, All GMO corporations, schools, medical facilities, churches, etc. like the Tinkertoy Battalion. Dismantle. Rebuild. New ‘leaders’. New media. Home gardens. Sprouting. Pet chickens in a rolling coop if possible, or trading w/ those who can. Direct bulk food buying from independent farmer coops. Free energy info released. Arresting Corporate Shills and Eu and US Government co-conspirators for mass murder. Mom’s signature required for sending your sons to war. Restore US Constitutional individual rights and freedoms and remove the despots. Remove electoral and allow popular vote. Ensure no fraud at polls. Independent auditing groups balanced by a second group in all agencies. Politicians on volunteer time or stipends for living expenses. Public stocks for shameful behavior. Schooling to retrain or teach what wasn’t learned. No more Corrections as a business. Stop the endemic sexual abuse of children and violence/objectification against women. Critically review all law ‘enforcement’ and judicial personnel and hire better fit individuals. Allow our men to be true protectors. Free schooling/education. No more drinking of inorganic coffee so indigenous people get sprayed with pesticides and fungicides and get cancer and birth defects for their children for our convenience or ignorance. No more cancer/growth-promoting hormones allowed in milk or meat. A healing, aware focus. Isn’t it time?

          A penny for your thoughts.

          • / Heidi Stevenson

First, a point about the EU: The citizens of Europe did NOT get to vote on it. It was thrust down the throats of the people. The EU’s constitution – which, again, the people had no say on – enshrine’s personhood for corporations. The EU is a dictatorial government set up primarily for the benefit of corporations. While individual countries have done better, their ability to continue that way is gone.

I agree with what you say – but would go further. The bottom line – as you seem to see, also – is that you cannot fix a system that’s broken beyond repair, or more accurately, works quite well for those who actually own and run it. So, it’s necessary to start over.

          • Pamela Cohen

When I say coerced, bribed etc. it is the leaders that are. It naturally follows that they pass laws without any true representation of their populace. Instead, the corporations have gained control and the corruption brings on Fascism. In the US, parents are bullied about losing their children for not allowing them to be diagnosed and drugged for supposed ADD/ADHD, or other spins, or vaccinated. It has gotten ugly. When enough parents pull their kids out for private schools, lost funding will force the issue.

Here in Portland, Oregon, for example, the Council and media all pushed for fluoridating the water supply lately, with the attitude of avoiding public consent. Enough fuzzy avoidance/change of focus manipulations of the media, (corporate owned), and the public thinks they will be safe and be able to vote on this issue. While the media focus is elsewhere, Americans have lost many rights, not even knowing what’s gone down. Can you imagine drones, making hits on some ‘Kill LIst’, (instead of business as usual by the CIA) or citizens being able to be arrested and detained indefinitely, stripped of any rights? Laws floating out there… while Americans gather for turkey dinner. A ‘President’ who is the biggest supporter of GMO’s, with business as usual, showboating lies and promises to gain support.

No wonder many states are passing petitions to secede from the Union/Federal Government.
My comment about the Tinkertoy Brigade, is about starting over.

            My best…

          • / Heidi Stevenson

Before coming here, I was in Oregon just down the road from Portland. Such stupidity to be pushing for fluoridation of water in a place where it’s naturally wonderful.

You get no argument from me.

It’s cute how many brain washed Sheeple are fooled and boldly believe and protect these pharmaceuticals are to help they want consumers not healthy people then they don’t profit and as far as your idiotic comment since when does nature ask for profit to heal us? That’s why you properly search and study holistic medicine to know the do’s and don’ts instead of getting spoon fed shit ;) I would never poison my family period ..

    I have a few questions:

    1) Where exactly in the article itself is it PROVEN that indeed “Gardasil
DESTROYS girl’s ovaries” (other than the catchy headline printed with such
CONVICTION)? All I see is “insufficient data” (and if I may use the
word — logically fallacious ‘causality’ established via inference, not actual
scientific methods). Even the BMJ article (referenced) by the expert doctors
call it a “POSSIBLE adverse effect”. How does the writer (medical
expert?) state such a headline with such conviction?

    2) So has this happened to a (statistically) SIGNIFICANT percentage of those
who received this injection (which should thus prompt the banning of this
product)? (I mean, in this day and age of medical marvels we should all be
aware of “idiosyncratic drug reactions” and “adverse drug
effects” if we’re going to be consumers of these products, right?) Again,
all we have is “insufficient data”

    3) Causality… OK you wanna talk about causality? Paragraph 9: “This
vaccine is sold as a cervical cancer preventative, though it has never been
shown to prevent any cancer of any kind. Cancer prevention has never been more
than a presumption, based on a possible connection between herpes papilloma
virus and cervical cancer. No cause-and-effect has ever been documented.”

3.1) Wait. What? You’re refuting what has been taught by oncologists in medical
schools? Based on extensive published research on the correlation between HPV
and cervical cancer incidence? You wanna talk medical statistics? Be my guest:

3.1.1) If you wanna say “causality” has not been established due to
insufficient/”undocumented” data on the exact biochemical pathway
(receptors and stuff) on how HPV 16 and 18 cause neoplastic changes in cervical
epithelial cells (i.e. “CANCER formation”), you should probably read
    these first:

    – Schiffman M, Castle PE, Jeronimo J, Rodriguez AC, Wacholder S. Human papillomavirus
and cervical cancer. Lancet 2007; 370(9590):890–907.

-Muñoz N, Bosch FX, Castellsagué X, et al. Against which human

papillomavirus types shall we vaccinate and screen? The international

perspective. International Journal of Cancer 2004; 111(2):278–285.

…maybe you should’ve rephrased “No cause-and-effect has ever been
documented” before attempting to refute LANCET and INT J CANCER.

3.1.2) Secondly, you conveniently failed to mention “correlation” —
even though they don’t prove ‘causality’ (talking real statistics here), might
I correct you that significant correlation between HPV infections and cervical
cancer occurrence actually has been found? Epidemiology anyone? Evidence-based
medicine? Where’s the expert panel that decided “No cause-and-effect has
ever been documented” here? (Again look up the articles I cited above)

3.2) A minor correction there (still on paragraph 9): “HUMAN
    papillomavirus”, not “herpes papillomavirus” — they’re 2
different families there. Probably should look it up too, to increase
    credibility of this article.

3.3) So let me see, you’re willing to claim “no causality” between
HPV and cervical cancer, yet you establish “causality” between this
girl’s ovarian failure and Gardasil with absolute conviction? (Again, the heading)

    …Being a little ‘selective’ on that “logic” I’d say…

    4) Perhaps I should suggest you not to use words like “significant”
and “causality” if they’re intended to be used in their
scientific/statistical connotation, to avoid any misunderstanding/misreporting
here. Especially where no reference is cited. (Hey, I know this “blog
post” is no PhD thesis or scientific “article” and shouldn’t be
referred to as such, but at least keep it in the interest of the scientific
community to stick to the standards if you plan on writing on scientific issues
    in the first place, eh?)

I don’t make it a habit to randomly “flame” blog writers, but when it
comes to “science” and “scientific articles” and
“research method / statistics” issues, I feel I have to correct any
misconceptions/misunderstandings before the wrong idea is preached.

Yet, having said all that, I personally wouldn’t go for Gardasil injections
myself. Why? NOT because THIS particular article had shown me the light or
anything (if anything, it failed to do just that).

No, I’m not entirely keen on this vaccine simply because there is INSUFFICIENT
DATA on the long term side-effects as well as the chemicals in it. I wouldn’t
risk my future/health on something vague like that… I mean how can you prove long-term
side-effects on NEW products anyway? You need long-term prospective studies for
that purpose, i.e. AFTER the product has been around for a long time. I for one
am not willing to become a test subject of such studies.

It’s like buying any new product in the market — you’d like to know
everything about it, how safe it really is, before you buy it. If you don’t
know anything about it, don’t buy it… but don’t make up drastic
inferences/accusations based on unproven ‘facts’/misinterpretations regarding
    the product.

    • / Heidi Stevenson

Interesting choice of names, Narcissus – suits you.

Buying a product on the market is hardly the same as accepting a potentially life-destroying drug into your body! What a nonsense comparison!

The nature of writing in science journals is extremely cautious, but these authors clarified that there appears to be nothing other than the vaccine to have caused this girl’s injuries. There also are potential means by which this can happen, including the ingredient polysorbate 80.

As the article clearly points out, the manufacturer included data about the testes of rats, but excluded any data about their ovaries – in a vaccine aimed at females! That alone should make anyone suspicious. With that sort of fact involved, any incident in which the ovaries are destroyed should be assumed to be caused by the vaccine. In a case in which all other possible causes have been excluded, that leaves the vaccine as close to proven as the cause as any rational person should want.

But then, there are always irrational people, like trolls who so correctly style themselves as Narcissus.
