Former Agribusiness Farmer Loses Biz to GMOs: Now Promotes Organic

Jerry Rosman used to be one of the Agribusiness villains. He believed in the GMO hype. He made a point of buying the latest and greatest products coming down the GMO pipeline. That is, he did until he lost his business to it.

After long research, Jerry Rosman discovered his  pigs couldn’t reproduce because of genetically engineered corn. They produced sacs of water—false pregnancies. As a result, he’s become an organic farmer and proponent of organic foods. As he notes, pigs are the canary in the coalmine of GMO because they’re fed diets that consist of large percentages of it. But cattle are known to be affected—and there’s a developing problem with sterility in humans.

Following is the full-length interview of Jerry talking about what happened. He backs up what he says with information from the inside, including (in the second video) what happens to researchers who tell the truth.

In spite of laws saying that GMOs are illegal in the EU, some gets through the marketing system. If you’re in the EU, don’t be so sure that there aren’t any GMOs in your supermarkets. As Jerry points out, enforcement of regulations is poor.
